Peninsula Custom Woodwork Ltd. is a family owned and operated small business that specializes in commercial, residential and marine custom woodwork and renovations, yacht detailing, finishing and maintenance.
In 2007 Harland Bielert opened his sole-proprietorship business under the trade name of Peninsula Custom Woodwork, which has been serving the South Vancouver Island region. Harland had previously worked 20 years at a local boatyard in the woodwork department and served as manager of that department for many years. Harland incorporated the family business in 2016. Now his two boys Nick & Jesse, who have been with Peninsula Custom Woodwork Ltd. since the beginning, have stepped up to run and manage the small family business.
The 1,000 square foot shop includes a fully equipped machine shop and well-organized assembly area. Our employees and sub-contractors are professionally trained in their fields of work.
We will design, build, repair and renovate your home, yacht or commercial business. We also offer yacht detailing, washing, hand and machine waxing, polishing, varnishing, deck coating, interior and exterior finishing, painting, and monthly or seasonal maintenance!
